Mission accomplished said the exhausted but happy Trinidad and Tobago Olympic Committee (TTOC) Vice President, Diane Henderson. Yesterday (18 November), Henderson successfully completed the greuling Ironman Distance Triathlon in Cozumel, Mexico.
The Trinidad and Tobago International Marathon (TTIM) Chairperson said her objective going into the demanding event was to finish the Ironman Cozumel in a faster time than her previous record set in 2010. The determined Henderson crossed the finish line 14:59:36 hours, 24 seconds faster than her previous time of 15 hours.
