The Games will be streamed live through the Panam Sports Channel app and website, while Panam Sports will also provide two clean satellite signals available throughout the world to transmit the first edition of the Junior Pan American Games taking place in Colombia.

BARRANQUILLA WILL BE THE HOST CITY OF THE 2027 PAN AMERICAN GAMES
BARRANQUILLA, COLOMBIA (August 27, 2021) — The twentieth edition of the largest multisport event in the Americas will be held in Barranquilla, Colombia in 2027. This was made official by Panam Sports President Neven Ilic after the Host City contract was signed in an exciting and symbolic event featuring the President of Colombia, Ivan Duque, Colombian Olympic Committee President Ciro Solano, Governor Elsa Noguera, Barranquilla Mayor Jaime Pumarejo and many great stars from Colombian sports history.
MITSUBISHI TO DRIVE SANTIAGO 2023 FORWARD AS OFFICIAL VEHICLE OF THE PAN AMERICAN GAMES
SANTIAGO, CHILE (August 26, 2021) — Mitsubishi Motors is the latest company to join Santiago 2023 as an Official Partner in order to successfully organize the 19th edition of the Pan American Games in the Chilean capital.

Ilic re-elected Panam Sports President unopposed at virtual General Assembly
Neven Ilic has been unanimously re-elected as Panam Sports President unopposed at the organisation’s General Assembly today.
Ilic received all 52 votes cast to confirm his re-election.
Ilic has led the organisation since 2017, when the Chilean official emerged as the winner of a tightly contested Presidential election.
He will now serve a four-year-term, which will include a home Pan American Games at Santiago in 2023.
“I want to thank you for your support," Ilic said.
“It has been a pleasure to work with you these past three years.
“I am very happy to continue working for the sports of the Americas.
“It is an honour to serve this organisation and work with you to help the sports we love so much.”
Approval was also given for Ivar Sisniega to continue as Panam Sports secretary general, with Richard Peterkin continuing as treasurer.
Mexico's Jimena Saldana was confirmed as a Panam Sports vice-president, succeeding her compatriot Carlos Padilla.
St Vincent and the Grenadines' Keith Joseph and Argentina's Mario Moccia were re-elected.
Moccia was elected as the first vice-president after receiving 29 votes against Joseph in the second round, with Saldana eliminated.
Saldana secured the second vice-president position ahead of Joseph, securing 30 of the votes cast.
Canada’s Tricia Smith, United States’ Susanne Lyons and Nicaragua’s Juan Santiago Estrada were elected to the Panam Sports Executive Committee in the Group 1 region.
Costa Rica’s Silvia Gonzalez was unsuccessful in her bid to be re-elected.
The Group 2 election saw Saint Kitts and Nevis’ Alphonso Bridgewater, Barbados’ Erskine Simmons and Grenada’s Veda Bruno Victor join the Executive Committee.
Cuba’s Roberto Richards and Puerto Rico’s Sara Rosario missed out on places.
International Olympic Committee members Camilo Perez Lopez of Paraguay and Aruba’s Nicole Hoevertsz were elected to two of the Group 3 Executive Committee positions.
Chile’s Miguel Angel Mujica secured the final berth, with Guyana’s K.A Juman-Yassin and Trinidad and Tobago’s Brian Lewis unsuccessful.
